When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
If you return an item using the return label we will provide you, and the reason for return is not a result of a CVI error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to return the items yourself, you’ll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
CVI offers a 30 day from delivery money back guarantee. If the products purchased are damaged, missing parts, not in the expected condition or quality that meets CVI standards, we will either replace or refund the products and cover all shipping costs. You may also chose not to keep the item purchased without a return reason and receive a full refund. The choice of replacement or full refund is the customer’s decision.
There will be partial refunds and restocking fees if you return the items beyond the 30 days following delivery and no more than 180 days following delivery. If the items are in original condition as determined by our Quality Control Department we will refund 80% of the products pricing paid, less shipping costs if we paid for shipping. If the items are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a CVI error, we may refund no more than 50% of the products pricing paid, less shipping costs if we paid for shipping. Determination of the exact refund amount will be determined by our Quality Control Department. Items submitted for return more than 180 days following delivery will not be subject to a refund.
Taxes associated with refunds:
Customers that purchased products from FL may be subject to tax on restocking fees.
How refunds will be issued:
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases you may be offered store credit as a refund option. Items to be refunded will need to be received within 30 days from delivery.
Refund requests will be processed immediately upon receipt of the items purchased. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
If your order was placed using a currency conversion, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order. International processing fees may be refunded provided the policies listed under “refund amounts” is followed.
The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned.
